Clan information
Clan Name: Oshiro Clan
Age: 2000+ years
Village: Sunagakure, although it may be spread around from past missing-nin with the kekkei genkai.
History: The history of this Clan stretches long before written history. It is assumed that it flourished in the blood of the continuous marriage of ninja who primarily used fire releases, unbreaking, until the recessive gene of fire release users built up.
The power of flame resistance was guarded most jealously, to the point that outer branch families ceased and each generation would have two children at the most to limit and rarefy the ability. Hina's mother was the carrier of the gene, who was an only child. Hina herself is an only child, and assumes that she is the only one of current generation to have the kekkei genkai.
Clan Specialty/Kekkei Genkai
Name: 難燃性 kagutsuchi
Description:
Members are naturally resistant to most forms of heat for a period of time (15 minutes consecutively). However, after the time limit is completed, they will need to avoid high temperatures for a short amount time to be able to use the ability again.
They are also able to employ an advanced sort of fire, named the 'aoihomura'. The highest technique is able to burn through almost anything. It costs half the user's chakra storage to employ this type of flame.
Clan Jutsu
Fire Release: Armour of Kagutsuchi
'D/C' ranked
Flames are summoned to protect the user's body, which is useful against opponents who are taijutsu-types. It can only be used for a short period of time before the user becomes weakened.
Fire Release: Aoihomura
'A' ranked
A fire strong enough to burn through nearly anything is summoned, where it courses (controlled by the user) through the battleground until the user commands it to stop. It is weak against those strong with advanced water releases. Named after the deep shade of cerulean that this type of fire is.
Fire Release: Salamander Summoning
'C' ranked
A giant fire salamander is summoned, which can be ridden on to evade attacks or used to help with strengthening fire jutsus. The fire salamander, too, is resistant to certain types of flame.
CREATED 20/12/12:
JUTSU NAME Living Cremation Technique.
TYPE Genjutsu.
ELEMENT x
RANK C
DETAILS After employing a higher-ranked fire technique, Hina will send this genjutsu as an extra measure. If the opponent dodges the whole attack, they may be surprised to find that the flesh off their bones are quickly melting and crumbling away into dust from the heat, leaving only bare-white bone unscathed. The ghastly sight and horrific pain may stun the opponent. If the opponent had been burned anyway, the illusion layers over-top the wound.
DRAWBACKS Only wastes away at a small section of the body (eg. forearm), so the opponent may realize that this is only a genjutsu. It also takes a few seconds for Hina's chakra to return from being fire-natured to raw once more, as raw chakra is needed for genjutsu.
JUTSU NAME Cinder Resurrection Technique.
TYPE Defensive, Ninjutsu.
ELEMENT Fire.
RANK C
DETAILS If any object were caught in Hina's crossfire, causing it to crumble into embers, she will be able to revive whatever is left of the dying chakra within the embers. The sparks from the ashes may cause a chain reaction that leaps into a flare of combustion.
More of a distraction than anything, although the opponent can suffer from burns if they're dusted with a considerable amount of cinder.
DRAWBACKS This doesn't work on soot that has stopped burning. If any ashes clinging onto Hina or her teammates will burst into flames as well.
JUTSU NAME Sealed Heat Technique.
TYPE Offensive, Ninjutsu.
ELEMENT Fire.
RANK B
DETAILS Hina places her hand on some object, such as a tree or a boulder, and sends a stream of fire-natured chakra through her fingers and into the object carefully. The chakra is initially flowed into the object with a lazy, rolling consistency; before it is more quickly and forcefully poured into the item. Thus, the fire-natured chakra clashes into one another with inconsistent speed and builds up into a quick 'explosion' - or a giant rupture of splinters and flame.
DRAWBACKS Hina needs time to prepare this technique, and also requires a quick getaway after completed. It may hurt her own allies, or cause a quick chain reaction that catches up to Hina if her escape wasn't fast enough.
