The Raikage would be going over his worst enemy, paperwork cursing Konoha for their Shadow Clone jutsu. When Hawk knocked on the door to the Raikage's office.
The Raikage putting on a scowl, though inwardly he was thanking whoever was outside the door for a reprieve. He would shout "Enter"
As soon as the Raikage was heard Hawk would open the door and lead Sorentre Tsuchikaze into the office.
The Raikage would see Sorentre and grin widely behind his sunglasses. He would exclaim "Sorentre how would you like, to go on an extended mission to take out numerous bandit camps and fortresses. All 10 are low to high C rank missions so pack up the stuff you need and head out, you have a week."
Sorentre grinned inwardly as he enjoyed taking out bandit camps especially the ones that happen to have walls surrounding them so it makes it even more fun for him to sneak in. However he kept his face impassive as he saluted and would say "Hai, Raikage-sama"
Sorentre would then be dismissed and would head off to his house to gather his supplies.
Well, Kira knew this was going to have to happen sooner or later, and here she was. She was standing in front of the office of her most hated villager, and she hadn't even met the guy yet. With a sigh, she would grit her teeth, tighten her knuckles, and take a big breath. Gathering her thoughts for a moment, she realized that this had to be done.
Kira wanted to become a ninja, but, she wanted to do it right, formally in other words. And getting a headband from the Kage himself seemed to be the right plan of action. So, raising her stiff hand, she would knock on the door and wait to be let in. A purr in the back of her mind alerted Kira to the fact that the stupid cat that called her body "home" had picked up on her anger. And was more then ready to fight. For the pleasure of course.

Killer Bee sits back in his desk looking like he was hard at work, but in spite of his age, would secretly be writing down new rap lyrics. Even after all these years had passed, his passion for rapping still hadn't died much to the annoyance of Gyūki. Hearing the sound of the knocking at his door, he quickly stashes the paper away inside of the desk. "Yo who be knockin' on my door, You be hitting it just at the core. You can come in but you gotta knock just right, Don't you worry im not gonna bite, babeh!" He says in his normal rapping manner, inviting Kira into the office.
Kira was taken aback slightly. She had never heard anyone address her in such a manner, let alone the Kage. So, relaxing her jaw, she would slowly open crack the door. As it swung open, she would have her arms crossed. Walking into the office, she would stop in front of the Kage, her hatred for the man before her starting to bubble, though none of this could be seen on her face. As she stopped, she realized something, would this man know she had a Bijuu resting (somewhat) dormant in her? He was the Kage, so he should, but, she had been in hiding, and hadn't told ANY soul of what was inside of her. For all she knew, he still thought that the elders had it. But there always was the possibility she was wrong.
Sitting lazily in the chair in front of the desk, she looked around, finally resting her gaze on the man before her. She had to admit, he was quite... strange, to say the least. Though, after a long pause, she would speak. Though, she would only say what was needed. That was all she felt was necessary. After all, if she was to speak to this man before her any more then she needed to, she felt she might explode.

Seeing that someone was there to get their headband was a bit of a strange request, but not completely unheard of especially at her age. Even though her request was coming at a time in the middle of their village hosting the Chuunin Exams, he supposed that he could help her. " Looking for your headband, well that's just fine. Just need your records to show where you shine. " Killer Bee responds wanting her records so he could assign her correctly to a squad that her abilities would balance out. As one of the few aware of the condition of the Nibi, he'd also need a suitable Jounin to act as her leader who would be trusted to treat her fairly and could train her properly.
A blank look crossed Kira's face, it looked, quite literally, like she had died. But, soon, she would snap back into action, reaching into her pocket, she remembered where the paperwork was located. Wrestling the papers out of their "trap" she smoothed them out carefully on the table, then handed them to the Kage, as if nothing was wrong. Even though the paper's had clearly seen better days. Though, they were still legible, very much so thankfully.
With that, she would sit back and wait for the Kage to assign her a team. Or, whatever they were called. Kira had heard that they were customary in the world of the ninja.
Killer Bee skimmed through her records. The Chunin Exams had most of the free teams. She would have to wait for it to end to get a team. "Sadly, there is not a team open, yet. There should be one soon." He frowned as he reached down into his desk. "What color?" He asked as he scuffled through the many headbands in his desk.
As the man before her skimmed through her paperwork and told her the low down of what was going to happen, it was all Kira could do not to scowl. This man, he was so childish, how could he POSSIBLY be the leader of this village? As hate filled thoughts such as these went through her mind, Kira spoke in a smooth, unstressed manner. Her current state of mind going completely unnoticed.

Searching through his desk, Killer Bee would come to a headband that looked as though it'd fit her. " Here's the color you want, it's black as night. Try it on, it'll fit just right." He says with a smile setting the headband down on the desk in front of her. The headband looked just like the headbands that graduating Genin receive, but was a perfect fit for wherever she chose to wear it.

Kira didn't even bother to return the smile. As her solemn composure staid right in it's place, she reached out and grabbed the Head Band. Bringing it flatly to her forehead, she would reach around and tie is behind her head. With a mumbled thanks, she got up and turned to leave, though, not quite quick enough as to not be stopped should the Kage wish to tell her anything more.
Suuji gave two knocks on the door that led to the Kage's office before opening it himself. Upon entry he could see that the kage's head was buried in a mountain of paper work. "You wanted to see me?" It wasn't often that Suuji was called directly to the kage's office so it must be pretty serious if his presence was requested.
Rather than Killer Bee himself answering, his assistant would walk forward towards Suuji from his side. " I'm sorry that Bee-sama is unable to speak with you directly, but as you can see, he's been under a lot of pressure from the invasion of the Chinese," She responds looking over in the direction of Killer Bee. Just from the looks of the amount of paperwork, it could be assumed that he hadn't been able to get much sleep since the invasion was repelled. " But we wish for you to check up in on the status of the other villages that were our guests during the attack."
"Check up on them, huh? Doesn't seem too dangerous". Suuji was surprised that his presence was needed for such a simple mission. Was something else up? Doubtful. Regardless, he decided on heading to Konohagakure first to speak with Hokage and Sage Naruto Uzumaki. Not only was it part of his mission, but he had numerous questions for him about the Sage Mode that he had mastered so many years ago. "I guess I'll head to Konoha first, then. Anything in particular you want me to do?"
" Yes, in addition to checking their status, see if they've gathered any intel on the locations of the Chinese. After he invasion, their troops had managed to escape and their trail was lost. Since they're still out there, they're still a threat and we cannot allow them to regroup and return in greater number." The assistant responds handing Suuji a scroll detailing the mission statement. It was up to him in what order that he visited the villages and perhaps he'd be able to gather some intel along the way to each of the different villages.
