Physical Appearance: 6’1, very lean build but wryly muscled, very long silver hair hanging down to his waist, eyes are grey-blue. His features are sharp and hard looking, lending a savageness to his over all appearance. Most noteable about his person however is the shark like triangular teeth known to the Mist Village, which he proudly displays in large blood thirsty grins

Personality Traits:
- Very loud as a person, tendency towards over the top gestures, speaks a lot with his hands
- Unbelievably stubborn
- Although few get to see it, Shiro is painfully loyal, to the point of throwing away his own life in favour of those he cares for
- Very very competitive. Would rather die than loose
- Observent and intelligent

Strengths:
- Intelligent, despite his loud persona Shiro spends a great deal of time watching those around him, and often his outward personality acts as a smokescreen for his more calucating side
- Will push himself to his limits and so has developed a high level of endurance and pain tolerance, equally generally tends to give his best regardless of situation (not one for half measures)
- Amazing will power and mental fortitude
-very skilled in both swordplay and taijutsu

Weaknesses:
- Hotheaded
- Very bad with sealing techniques
- Rarely acknowledges his own limits and so will regularly put himself in positions that are beyond him
-tends to insult and belittle people as judges everyone by his own insanely high standards and will only give respect to those he believes has earned it (in short, a bit of an ass)

Backstory:

**Please note Im not sure what Suigetsu’s postion is in this verse if any, I’ve used Zabuza’s Kubikiribōchō, as Shiro’s sword however this can either be swapped for one of the other seven if preferred, or if his position as one of the seven swordmen is not allowed I can alter his history and design him a new sword)**

Shiro showed promise at a young age, his ruthlessness and instinctive love of fighting allowing him to pass the infamous Mist academy exam with flying colours, dispatching of his oponant quickl and perhaps with more relish than should have been shown, however despite making an impression at that early age, his tendency to run off half cocked and his aversion to following orders and respecting authority figures has often held him back since, getting him into many spats with contemparies and superior officers alike. While it is true that over time as he grew up, Shiro learned to control his temper and mouth better (a little better anyway…) it is generally accepted that his eventual promotion to jounin was more a reflection on his abilities than his improved behaviour, the villiage unwilling to continue to waste his skills any longer.

Long being a fan of the fabled Swordmen of the Mist, Shiro made it his goal in life to achieve that esteemed title and wield one fo the legendary blades himself, using his new position as hunter-nin both to sate his need for conflict and to scout the lands for any signs of the missing blades. He did at last come across the current wielder of Kubikiribōchō, Zabuza’s former blade, and his childhood hero. Taking it as a sign, Shiro proceeded to attack. The battle was hard fought, his opponent being canny and sneaky, using less of the hand to hand (or sword to sword) combatant style that Shiro favoured and attacking more by distance relying on his jutsu, something that in Shiro’s mind proved him unworthy of the blade. Ultimately however, the hunter-nin’s perseverance and savagery wore him down and he fell to the sharks blade, leaving him as the new owner and weilder of the fabled Decapatating Knife.
Since then Shiro has spent all his time acquainting himself with the blade and encorpering it into his combat style.

DETAILS: Wind chakra is used to cause pulses in the air, agitating the bodies molecules into a vibration which causes a clamp down on nerve cells, effectively freezing the target in place
DRAWBACKS:Short range, target must be within 10 feet of caster, to be entirely effective must hit head on, however can have lesser effects if it only catches a portion of the body, short duration, lasting only 30 seconds

TYPE: taijutsu/ninjutsu

DETAILS: Wind chakra is used to augment the lift in this acrobatic compound attack. The user attacks with a series of kicks and punches designed to lift the target into the air in an ever increasing height, wind chakra pusling from their feet as they do so to lend them more force and lift, before ultimately ending in a chakra-enhanced heel slam to the chest, propelling both attacker and target down forcefully to the ground (This can also be combined with weapons attacks)
DRAWBACKS:Like any compound attack, if disrupted then momentum is lost, requires the landing of all successive hits to be at its most effective, also requires attackers speed to be superior to the target to allow for this.

JUTSU NAME: Biting breeze – rinrintaru kaze
TYPE: ninjutsu
ELEMENT: wind

DETAILS: wind chakra is used to form small blades around the fingertips which can be flung at the target in a series of small fast projectiles
DRAWBACKS: draining on the chakra reserves if over used, often easier to use shuriken for the same effect with less drain

TYPE: ninjutsu
ELEMENT: wind

DETAILS: The superior form of biting wind - wind chakra is used to form larger blades, curved which boomerang around the area, causing damage wherever they hit, slicing right through lesser objects. This can be highly effective if used on mass
DRAWBACKS: Larger drain on the chakra reserves, particularly if used on mass, does not separate friend from foe and thus inadvisable to use if combating with alies. In many cases weapons still preferred

JUTSU NAME: Feeding frenzy / sesshoku gyakujou
TYPE: ninjutsu/kenjutsu
ELEMENT: water

DETAILS: Swirling walls of water is used to capture the target and to hide Shiro from view, allowing him to charge at them with his blade in unseen attacks
DRAWBACKS:Requires more ninjutsu than his other attacks, making it forcing him to expend more energy, requires the chance and ability to surround the target and can be disrupted either by strong justsu of a similar level used effectively (with affinities factored in) to break the walls and dispel the water, also useless if the target succeeds in keeping hold of Shiro as he passes preventing him from melting through the walls to prepare another attack

Looks good though Hunter Ninjas are Kiri's equivalent to ANBU so while he can perform certain duties of going after criminals, he can't quite be a Hunter Nin just yet.

Ah Sorry I wasn't aware - I knew hunter-nin were elite, but I assumed that just made them jounin level. By all means ignore that part then, I'll edit it out asap and just have him as a general jounin, it wasn't an important part of the character. I'll register the weapons and jutsu asap as well
