✖ PURPOSE: They are the rescued children of a small village, that had been taken over by a large group of Rogue thug's and ninja. Children that could not find a home were taken back to the Kirigakure, and decided to be trained as ninja, in payment for being given a home. These ninja Are trained, even today, as a secret organization within the ninja hunters. These ninja are taught that their lives are owed to the Mizugakure, and so their missions reflect this. Missions for this group can be dangerous, suicidal, and these ninja can be used as pawns, if the Mizukage saw fit to this. Like the kamekaze, these ninja put their lives on the line for their village, following the ninja code directly.
✖ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements are simple; ninja are only admitted into this group of they are orphans, rescued by Kirigakure ninja. They can be admitted into a process that eventually grants them access to this organizations property, and to live, and train. Qualifying members, once admitted, are legally owned by the Mizugakure, traitors of this group can automatically be placed with a bounty on their heads.
✖ EXTRAS: This Organization has its own area of land to live in(requires its own thread), and would be a placed near the Mizukagure Jail facility.
