Details:
After the conclusion of the Fourth Great Shinobi War the Shinobi Alliance disbanded returning to the Five Great Shinobi villages. However, the Kages of the time were weary of the rise of others like the Akatsuki who would threaten the peace that had been created by the alliance. In response, the five of them created a covert team of ninja from each of their villages to ensure this would never happen. Composed of two of the strongest ninja of each of those villages, this group assembles in secret under the symbol of the Shinobi Alliance to stop any who dare threaten the peace.
