Appearance(Click above picture for regular look) Rikuto is a rather tall and slender man for his age. He wears a hat at all times with headphones over his ears. These headphones, though, are not connected to anything and are just there for accessory. He wears a dress shirt with a sweater overtop and a tie coming from all shades and hues to cover the shirt. He wears a wool white jacket with lion's fur around the hood. There are inside and outside pockets. He wears rather skinny pants that only come to his upper ankle. He ends this look with the basic ninja shoes.
(Above Picture)On special occasions he wears a red scarf, a pink jacket and a plaid sash as a belt. He wears normal martial arts training pants and closed shoes.
Personality Most mist people are cruel and Chaos good in nature, and Rikuto follows this to a tee. Though he loves to fight, he finds the reasonable time to actually fight. He over analyzes every aspect around him and loves to make strategies and new jutsus. One thing he can't stand is people whom are either cowards or abandon their team(village)
HabitsRikuto tends to chew on something or eat candy to keep his shark teeth busy.

Leaf-Style Willow-The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.
Vacuum Sword-The user swings their blade and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.
Wind Release: Vacuum Blade-The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power.
Wind Release: Gale Palm-A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique-This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.
Mist Servant Technique-This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.
Sly Mind Affect Technique-This technique causes the enemy to walk around in circles for hours by making it seem as if they're walking straight to their desired destination. The enemy eventually becomes exhausted after travelling the same path over and over.
Shadow of the Dancing Leaf-A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.
Temporary Paralysis Technique-A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Haze Clone Technique-At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.
Chakra Rope-This technique allows the ninja to extend their chakra out of their body into binding ropes. The chakra is said to be uncuttable.

Jutsu Details: Rikuto has implemented a system into both of his swords, Erin and Nire, to where when he slashes something, it places a seal. This seal has the Kanji for Smile(微笑む) on it. Once slashed again, it initiates the seal. This seal makes the sealed area 10lbs heavier. This effect only kicks in every two slashes. Anyone can tell when this effect occurs because the same Kanji for smile will show on the blade used. Another drawback to this style is that the effect of the added 10lbs doesnt activate until 10 seconds later.
Background:
Rikuto grew up with a loving family, and still is. His father is an innkeeper and his mother is the cook there. They make a healthy living for Rikuto and he has always loved it. Yet what he loved more was being a Shinobi. He joined the Academy at 7 and graduated at 11. Ever since he first joined the academy all he could talk about is becoming a Seven swordsman of the mist. He wants to wield the great sword, Hiramekarei. He waits until this day to see what will happen of this future he has set out.
