"Alright then, we each have three days. If we are not able to steal it within three days, we will consider the mission a failure." His smile finally fell as it was replaced by an expression of curiosity. He turned around, making his exit. Now he had to figure out what to steal. It couldn't be an ordinary weapon, that was for sure. He had to steal something valuable, something that would show his skill. He pondered what he could steal.

"Yes!" Cero cried as she darted off toward the exit of the pipelines. Even though it was hard to enter the base, it was rather easy to exit it. Cero knew every way in and out of these pipes. She could guarantee that she would get out before Naki.

Marle traveled through the numerous pipelines searching for the hideout that she was looking for. "How long have I been in here?" She asked herself out loud, trudging onward through the dark damp tunnels that she was quickly growing accustom to. She had just finished her long journey, finding a treasure suitable enough to be able to call herself a member of Tantalus.

Finally, she saw a light and entered into it. There were no scoundrels or ruffians anywhere, infact, there was no one in sight. She tossed the bag full of her treasures from her left shoulder, so that it was sitting in front of her. "Where is this leader?" She asked herself looking around at the emptiness surrounding her..

Instead Tantalus was a group of a select few. While there were imitation groups and people who falsely claimed to be part of the group there were only some who were even able to grab a treasure valuable enough to be deemed a member of the elite group of thieves. Despite this Marle would walk in on an empty spot as a man with Scarlet red hair walked out to the opening and saw Marle and her bag full of treasures. His arms would be at his sides lazily and he stood without much care. He would sigh as he began to speak. "Well I guess I'm acting leader as no one else is here at the moment...Who are you exactly" Amarant spoke very calmly and carefree as he was still a bit tired as he had been resting. He noticed that Zidane and Cero were not at the base, he assumed they were off stealing something or on a date. The latter of which was highly unlikely outside of Zidane's imagination. Nevertheless he was impressed someone found their way to where they were located. Marle stood, staring at the man before her. She took her left hand and placed it on her hip. 'Acting leader?' She spoke within her mind and then smiled as the stranger asked her who she was. "My name is Marle Yamanaka, some also refer to me as Kanon. I have travelled far and wide to come to Tantalus with a treasure so fine that no one had yet to find, except for now that is." She took a couple of steps forward still lagging the bag of treasure around.

"Tell me. Are you responsible for these sorts of things? I wish to be a member of this group. I have the treasure to prove it." Her voice was calm but there was a sound of mischief behind it. Not that she was trying to sound suspicious, she was simply just suspicious of the being in front of her.

Up to this point the group hadn't had someone with a valuable trait as her. The Yamanaka were a prestigious clan from Konohagakure. He also looked at her bag with the treasure he was curious as to what she had brought to them as proof of her skills as a thief. "Tantalus is a group of thieves we operate under our own command and no one elses. I am the Flaming Amarant and I am at your service so I can give you admission if you really do want it that badly." While this was true it would be very easy to see why she would second guess him. Amarant was still standing lazily and talked with his care free attitude. Marle stood there, listening to the man speak. 'Operate as our own, eh?' She certainly liked the sounds of that. She had spent most of her life living off of other peoples goods so she truly thought that there would be no problem with allowing her entry into Tantalus. She was sure that when she spoke her last name, the man would know how valuable she would be to them.

Marle smirked. "The flaming Amarant. I've heard only tales of your existance. Never would I have imagined that you would be greeting me here today." She pulled only one of the skulls out of the bag that she had brought In wih her. "Have you seen one of these before? Probably not. There are only 13 in existence and they are said to be a myth." She smiled, holding the skull up. "There are only 13 of these in existence, and today, I have brought all 13 of them to you. They are crystal skulls. It is said, though I have yet to tried, that when you possess all 13, they make you stronger under the light of a full moon." She put the skull back in the bag and looked up at the man. "What say you? Will you accept this treasure for my services?" She stood, watching his lazy stance, waiting patiently for him to answer.

He had heard of the myth of the 13 Crystal Skulls. However he wasn't able to tell if that myth indeed had some back to it. He was interested in them regardless as even if they didn't hold power they would make a great ornament for the base like all the other treasures that they weren't able to sell. "Toss me one I want to see it more upclose" Amarant continued his dull tone. Despite his lazy demeanor Marle shouldn't be worried about him dropping it. Marle watched Amarant closely. She watched his face to see if she could tell what he was thinking. She felt herself sighing and then put her hand back in the bag. Yet again, she took out one of the skulls and smirked. "I hope you can catch." Then, she tossed the skull to him.

"They say if one is broken, you cannot use their powers, so be careful with that." She put her hands on her hips and bent one knee so that she, too, was standing there lazily. "And if the power doesn't work, they should catch a hefty price, or they better, after I traveled the world to find them, was almost killed a bunch of times, and had to put up with over 100 old temples with enough ancient traps to make any girl, or guy extremely annoyed." She didn't mean to seem as though she was complaining, she had enjoyed her mission, but if they were worth nothing, she would feel as though she failed.

Amarant always had a good poker face, this was second nature to him he didn't even need to try. It was just a natural trait of his. Amarant would catch the skull easily with his right hand. He would turn it over in his hand a few times as he looked at it. The Crystal Skull he was holding was indeed similar to the legend he heard. He was interested in them and their power. He also took a profound interest in Marle's ability as a treasure hunter. Gathering all of them was no easy task and yet she did this all to gain admission into Tantalus. Now as a test of Marle's personality Amarant began tossing the Skull and catching it. He began to change it up a bit as he would toss it from behind and infront of him. Marle continued to watch the man before her, not being able to pick up anyhing from him. She felt suspicious of that, as she was someone who could easily see what another was thinking, though if she ever had to she could use her mind readig jutsu to get into his brain, though as a member of Tantalus, she doubted anything would come to that. Sure, she wasn't a member yet, but she knew that soon she would be.

In a moments time, she felt at ease one andthen shocked another. She didn't show her mood change, she just watched Amarant toss the skull in the air and catch it. She watched closely, but did nothing to stop him. 'Is this a test of my patience, ' she asked herself. It was some sort of test so instead, she flipped it. She took another skull and without knowing what Amarant wants she tossed him anotherone, stood bavk and watched for what he would do.
